Before the incident

CMC Med surg RN was working on the 4th floor of CMC in the old OB unit. EE was assisting patient to the restroom with transfer belt when patient became unresponsive. EE yelled for help but nobody could hear him. EE held patient up as long as he could then assisted patient to floor and put pillow under her head then called for help. Felt pull in his lower mid back. EE states that he feels very tight and stiff.
