Before the incident

Driving his OTR unloaded truck and trailer.

What happened

He was returning to the plant (unloaded). A farm tractor was on the highway. A car had topped the hill and hit the tractor. A different OTR truck (we will say truck a) came over the hill and saw the accident and started stopping and changing lanes to avoid hitting the car and tractor. Our driver saw truck A stopping and was trying to stop and swerve to avoid hitting truck A. Then another truck (C) came over the hill and ran into the back of our drivers trailer. It ended up being a 5 vehicle accident.
