Driving the cart North to take oil to [REDACTED]. Car driven in tight area on east side of [REDACTED] when cart traffic isn 't required.

What happened

Oil barrel was falling of back of cart. Colleague turned to his right to catch the barrel while cart was still moving forward and hit the top of his head on the ground around the disconnect with red white stripe tape on it.
