What happened
On [REDACTED] associate went to lift a stack of books off of a waste height table in front of line 5 and felt discomfort to their lower back. The associate stated they flipped the books on its side then flipped the stack again to place them upside down on the line. The stack was of average size and weighted between 10 to 15 lbs. The associate did explain that they injured this body part before at another job.
