Slagging furnace # 3 EE states was build up of slag in receiver to thick for scoop so used bar to break up slag along sides and middle

What happened

EE states was taking second scoop of slag and when went to stand up scoop caught on edge of receiver on the inside and then released causing left arm to suddenly and quickly raise up causing pain to left shoulder
