Before the incident

EE had been setting up the cores on the winder. EE noticed the pallet was not packed correctly then went to repack pallet.

What happened

EE was taking rolls off of a pallet to repack the pallet. EE dropped roll on ground and the roll bounced up. EE had his hand positioned on top of the core and when the roll bounced up it caused the injury. 60-70 lb rolls.
