SUSPECT GRABBED AT EE ARMS ATTEMPTING TO PULL HIM TO THE GROUND. EE THEN STRUCK HTE SUSPECTS HEAD AREA WITH RIGHT FIST. SUSPECT CONTINUED TO FIGHT EE EE GAINED CONTROL OTHER OFFICERS THEN HANDCUFFED SUSPECT. EE THEN REALIZED HE COULD NOT MOVE FINGERS ON RIGHT HAND.
