What happened

The inspector was pulling her [REDACTED] sample just after our shifts safety meeting As she was pulling the sample from the lift table onto the air table her right knee popped she said her knee gave out and had pain behind her knee cap and said she needed to go to the hospital The ER Doctor examined her knee and ordered XRays The XRayss didnt show any breakage and the Doctor wrapped her knee with an ace bandage and referred her to Orthopedics The inspector was given instructions to elevate her leg and use ice as needed
