What happened

team lead was at the punch She went to hang the spacer she has just punched and sieve fell out and into her eye She immediately went and flushed her eye and felt that she had gotten it out This was towards the end of her shift and she proceeded home after her shift When she woke she felt that there was something in her eye She notified her manager to let her know about it She had a first responder attempt to flush it at work it was noted that the first responder was able to see the sieve embedded in her eye This is when they decided to call Safety Once Safety arrived we attempted to flush it again then made the call to go to the emergency room and have it removed
