Employee was performing maintenance on our machines so he was very busy at the time of this incident.

What happened

Employee was needing to refill water in tank since foam was tricking the sensors and on their way to the water valve the employee who was moving too fast and struck their hand on a support beam causing it to swell up.

The employee had a very swollen hand that caused them to miss 2 days of work. The injury wasn 't too serious but it was a recordable due to the lost time.

There was a stationary beam by the tank the employee was trying to fill that caused the employee to hit their hand. It had massive swelling which led the employee to go to the walk-in clinic to get it checked out.
