What happened

As [REDACTED] was exiting the door the door hit a berm that was left on the ground. The door stopped suddenly but [REDACTED] 's momentum caused him to run into the door. He bounced off the door and lost his balance. This caused [REDACTED] to slam into a giant metal box that was in his path as he tripped. [REDACTED] put up his left arm to shield the hit against the box and hit with all his weight on his forearm. This sent a jolt up through his left shoulder and into his neck.
