What happened

An employee was using the sit-down forklift to push a couple of double-stacks of 24 pack cans forward from the back to stock more. Injured employee was parked in front building a pallet that was elevated by his own forklift. The other employee pushed the stack into the pallet the injured employee was picking which trapped his ankle between the partial pallet and his own pallet.
