Employee was working in the glass prep department he finished a door and sent it down the line. the door started getting crooked on the line [REDACTED] reached to his left to straiten the door when he did this his hand slid under the moving belt and became stuck. I ran over hit the [REDACTED] and moved the belt backwards to release his hand.
