Maintenance duties on trucks.

What happened

The mechanic was removing a hydraulic pump from an FEL truck. he was using a pry bar to slide the pump off of the shaft when the pry bar slipped off of the flange. When the pry bar slipped his finger came in contact with a sharp edge of the pump. His finger was sliced open and bleeding. He was wearing latex gloves for protection form the hydraulic fluid.
