What happened

Employee went to the delivery location and followed the instructions of delivering to the second floor and on his way back he went to go down the stairs but seeing as they were smooth and had wet boots he grabbed the rail and took one step fine but on the second step he slipped and ended up falling on his right arm and hip then slid down 4 steps before getting back up.
