What happened

Employee States: Employee stated he was trying to pull empty and partial boxes from the freezer on the second to top shelf. The box he assumed was empty or a partial box on the top was full with Brioche rolls. As he pulled hard the box on top got caught and flew out with the other boxes. The box came forward and tilted and hit him on the top of his head. The box broke open as it hit the top of his head. Employee stated the box is 28.13 lbs.
