Employee States: employee states she was at the desk writing a note about a box that came off of a pallett. Upon completing the note she took the box and turned to set it on another desk and bumped her knee into a gondola shelf that was on a cart and sticking out. She bumped the knee on the prongs of the gondola shelf.
