What happened

Employee States: [REDACTED]. I wore white cotton liners underneath cut gloves it was my first day using them (I am having a reaction to cut gloves); I was working at my table my hands started burning. I had a burn on my right index and right ring finger when I removed my gloves. I 'm working at the table now I have gloves on. The only thing I can think of that I touched the racks in the cooler the rack with the sauces and my cart are the only things I touched without gloves. I did not wash my hands between going into the cooler and putting my gloves on. Whatever it is that I 'm coming into contact with has a delayed reaction causing a burning sensation. I work in front of the cook suite; there 's a lot of things circulating in the air. Something airborne causes prickly burning sensations on my skin. On my hands it will burn and make fingers numb. I will leave work some days and I have no feeling in my fingertips (like Novocain numb).
