What happened

Employee States: So I was standing there wiping down the knives with the bacteria wipes. And then I was flipping the knife back and forth. I was double checking if it was clean and as I wiped it with the bacteria wipes it slipped and it cut my finger. I was not wearing cut gloves at the time. To be honest I was not trained to wear a cut glove and I did not know I needed one or where to get them.
