Employee States: Employee states: After I took my gloves off I noticed my skin was red on my hands. As I started washing my hands I noticed they were dry and scaly. Since then it has progressed more on my knuckles now more towards my wrists. Just washing my hands and changing my gloves a lot I noticed it got worse.
