Before the incident

Moving boxes in the Cheese cooler. He had to move several boxes to get the one he wanted. After about 20 minutes of moving boxes he felt a twinge in his back.

What happened

Employee States: Employee states he needed to move several boxes and blocks of cheese over the course of about 20 minutes to access what he needed. He felt a twinge in his lower back but he continued to work. The next day he noticed increased discomfort. He took two OTC pain relievers and came to work. As the day progressed he was increasingly affected and eventually could not move without severe discomfort.
