What happened

Employee States: Was breaking down the load in the grocery backroom I don 't remember exactly what I was lifting but I felt a pain in my lower left back and it felt like electricity. I decided to keep pushing but then it got worse through my shift and then I talked with another employee and he said to make sure I was lifting with my knees not my back. At [REDACTED] after lunch I spoke with the manager on duty and told him that I hurt my back and that I couldn 't take the pain any more at that point he said I could go home for the night.
