Employee States: Employee states she was going to move a small metal cart of black milk racks when she slipped on the edge of a pallet and fell backwards into a larger stack of black milk crates on a large pallet. Employee states she tried to catch herself from falling backwards and extended her right arm out when her right little finger was jammed into a black crate that was on the pallet.
