Employee States: Attempting to put trays of food into the top oven there was already food in the oven. Went to close top oven and open the bottom oven. There was cross traffic going on and someone tried to go through. Employee turned to put tray down and their right hand hit the inside of the oven door. Was placing cold trays into hot oven. Gloves not worn.
