Employee States: Employee states that they stepped out of the Pharmacy to make a phone call. They stated that they went to the front of the store and after the phone call they noticed a shopping cart that was rolling across the car park unattended. Employee states that they ran over to it to grab it and when he finally got it he walked back into the store and noticed that his left Achilles tendon was aching.
