What happened

Employee States: She went to get the box of parm from the bottom shelf the first box was empty. She had to go all the way to the back of the shelf. The box is heavy. She tried to wiggle the box out but it would not move. She tried to get her hand behind the box and push it and it wouldn 't move. It moved halfway and then she was able to pull it all the way out. She opened the box on the floor and took out 4 bags of cheese. She felt the pain as she stood up. When she went home the pain became worse. She has had this injury twice before.
