What happened

Employee States: Employee states that she was shopping for a customer and went to get the 40 pound bird seed box off of the bottom shelf. I tried to use my legs but it 's only a couple inches off the ground so I had to use some my back to get it. When I lifted it I felt a sharp pain in my lower left center of my back.
