Lifting a Card Rack off of Pallet

What happened

Employee States: Employee States: I was team lifting a card rack from a pallet to the floor and as we were lifting it it got stuck in between the wooden slats on the pallet and we had to lift it up out of the grooves and turn it so it could be placed on the floor because it was too big for the pallet to go in the racks. As we lifted it out of the grooves and began to turn it upright I felt a pull and then a pop in my lower back on the left side.
