Employee States: Pulling pallets down with hand jack pushing off with left foot felt arch pain continued on through the night self care. let it rest couple days felt not great but bad worked yesterday foot felt bad after work. woke up black and blue Employee states he was pulling pallets from the frozen department to the bakery freezer with a hand jack when he pushed off with his left foot from a stand still. Employee states that he started feeling pain in the arch of his left foot which continued through the night.
