What happened

Employee States: Employee states: I was lifting a pork shoulder box and one of the cardboard handles popped up which caused me to stand up abruptly. This only hurt for about 30 minutes and then it stopped. [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) I went to go pick up a box that had strip loin in it which weighed around 40 50lbs upon lifting I experienced a sharp pain in my lower back I experienced trouble breathing for a few seconds and have been in pain ever since then.
