Employee States: Employee states he was moving cases of strawberries onto a runner approximately 20 lbs at a time inside the Produce Cooler. He states this was a repetitive motion several times. He states while he was performing this task he started to feel tightness above his left elbow radiating up to his left shoulder. He states he continued to work until the end of his shift. He states he did not tell anyone as he believed it was a minor ache.
