Employee States: Employee states: At [REDACTED] I was opening the last grocery bay door I did not notice the yellow door guard was attached to the door. That door tends to stick and be heavy. As I lifted the door higher the yellow door guard disattached from the bay door. As it came down it landed on my left foot mostly my two smallest toes. I walked around on it for 30 minutes but it continued to hurt so I called the [REDACTED] and then went home
