Descending a 2 step ladder in the desserts cooler.

What happened

Employee States: Employee used a 2 step ladder in the Desserts cooler to retrieve a box of product off of the shelf. While descending the ladder the employee missed a step on the ladder. This caused her to fall backwards off of the ladder first striking her buttocks on the floor. After she hit the floor with her buttocks her head jolted back and hit the floor as well. Employee claims that she never lost consciousness. Medcor was contacted.
