What happened
Employee States: Employee states he was driving home from supporting the [REDACTED] store in the [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. Employee states that he was traveling south on the [REDACTED] and he was on a portion of the road that did not have a shoulder. As he was traveling there was a car completely stopped in front of him. He slowed down to stop so that he did not hit the vehicle and all he remembers is his car spinning and the air bags going off. Employee states that he was hit by an 18 wheeler truck. Employee states that he was taken to [REDACTED] medical center for treatment along with the truck driver.
