Employee States: Employee states: I was returning a runner of cut fruit to the produce cooler and as soon as you enter the cooler there 's a series of pallets on the ground that hold inventory and as I entered the cooler I tripped over the pallet and fell to the ground breaking the fall with my left elbow. I thought I was okay but everything on my left side began to hurt when I sat down for my break.
