Employee States: Team member stated they were filtering and cleaning the wokery fryers. They went to dispose of a dirty scrub pad and retrieve a new scrub pad. Upon turning to walk to dispose of the used scrub pad they took two steps and lost their footing. They believe they tripped over one of the oil hoses for the fryer. Her right forearm hit the trench drain cover.
