Employee States: Employee stated they came in for their Deli shift and they saw there was a line of customers and it was busy. They quickly started using a [REDACTED] to help get the customer lines down and forgot to put their cut gloves on resulting in slicing a section of skin on the lower section of the palm of their left hand pinky finger side. The slice left a flap of skin and bled heavily at first and then was controlled with pressure.
