What happened

Employee States: Employee was in the Create a Cake cooler in the bakery department. They were exiting the cooler with a bowl in their hand when they fell on the ground. Employee fell backwards out of the cooler landing directly outside the cooler. Employee states extreme pain in right hip traveling down leg. Employee states loss of feeling in right leg and inability to walk or move leg.
