What happened

Employee States: EE was trying to pick a case of from the back of the pallet in the primary ([REDACTED]). She grabbed the case and was walking backward and her left foot was caught the plastic wrap which cause her to fall backward. She landed on her butt her left elbow and back of her head. EE states that most of the impact are at her butt area. AP was called and medical evaluation was performed and determined that she is fine. She will notify us if anything is wrong with her.
