Before the incident

Getting product from the back saw empty pallets and removed them.

What happened

Employee States: Going into the meat cooler to grab something noticed two empty pallets they were seafood pallets they had just finished unloading. Moved the wooden pallet with no issue. The plastic pallet had a pool of water under it that was not seen until he started to pick up the pallet once picked up he tried to move and the pallet slipped out of his hand and fell on his foot.
