Employee States: Employee states: I was unloading the truck [REDACTED] and I was trying to pull down the divider between frozen and dairy and I slipped and fell in the truck. The floor of the trailer was fairly slippery. I 'm always careful when I 'm doing it and I really don 't know what happened on [REDACTED]. When I fell I landed on my right knee. I was trying to twalk it off but the pain was too much.
