What happened

This roller has a motor but was not working so associates decided to pull the tarps by hand. As associates were pulling tarp the associate placed his hand on the guide roller and got the tip of his finger stuck. Associates finger slipped in between the guide roller and the tarp roller causing it to pull skin off his finger
