driving company John Deere cart

What happened

explained that he was driving John Deere cart 6-2 he was coming down the cart path around a slight curve he noticed that the 55 gallon trash can in the rear bed of the cart was starting to tip over he turned to the right and caught the can before it fell over. When he turned back straight again he saw that he was headed right into a pond and jerked the steering wheel hard to the right in which made the cart turn over pinning his left leg under the cart
