Before the incident
Associate was prepping packages to be shipped out to customers at prep station number 5. After stacking prepped boxes behind him he turned back to enter information into the computer.
What happened
As the associate was entering information into the computer the boxes he had stacked behind him began to lean towards him and after a few seconds they toppled over completely hitting him on the right ankle achilles.
