What happened

On [REDACTED] an Adecco reported an injury sustained while picking. The employee reported their injury to a TS Lead who referred them to Adecco leadership. The employee stated they were walking backwards (with their U-Boat) when exiting an aisle. Another employee was walking through the main aisle (pushing their U-Boat in front of them) and struck the employee in the lower back. The injured employee decided to seek outside medical treatment and contacted the nurse triage line. They were referred to the occupational clinic but paperwork was never received so the employee was not able to be seen that day ([REDACTED]). The employee was advised to attend an initial appointment the following day but refused to wait due to a long waiting time. On [REDACTED] the employee stated they were going to the clinic and was awaiting transportation. The employee was finally seen on [REDACTED].
