TM had just received a brand new box cutter from their group leader and was walking to their workstation after opening it.

TM had just received a brand new box cutter from their group leader. As they were walking to their workstation they stated they may have bumped their leg with the hand that was holding the box cutter resulting in a laceration to the left index finger. TM was not wearing cut-resistant gloves and was fiddling with the box cutter.
