EE was on the ladder cleaning the chute on the shelling machine with a cleaning rag.

What happened

As employee was coming down the ladder she missed the last ladder step she lost her footing and fell backwards. When she fell she knocked over the cleaning bucket that contained the cleaning chemical all over the back of her pants.
