EE states she was outside [REDACTED] restaurant pulling a pallet jack to move a pallet which was broken and tilted to the right onto a lift gate and she didn t have much room to turn all the way around. EE s foot hit the edge of the lift gate and she tumbled off of the lift gate falling about 5 feet and landing on her left ribs hit her head and strained her neck.
