Employee was on the palletizer when he saw a pallet coming off the palletizer that the third row of the pallet was off center and sticking out thinking that the pallet would fall over if this was not fixed employee went down to fix the pallet to push the boxes in but the pallet was unstable already and top two boxes came down and fell on neck.
