What happened

Emergency light was pulled employee began running to call light when an extern came out and said it was a true emergency light from a patient fall. another PCT stepped out into the hallway causing employee to sidestep with right leg to prevent collision. Immediately felt tugging sensation and pinching with walking in right knee.
